Comfort le Mas de l'Etoile

What a refreshing hotel this is. Sweet and cordial service, a fine restaurant with just good food (no fine tasting, but just delicious), good wines, a cozy terrace, good, clean room and absolutely not expensive (we had a special (non refundable) rate for half board). The breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel is close to an N-road and a highway; you benefit from that if you want to go somewhere and not bother (we hardly heard anything about it). The hotel is only 16 km from the Mediterranean Sea; the town of Cassis there is worth a visit. The pool was not ready at the end of April / beginning of May, so we can not say anything about that. The surroundings are beautiful; what nature and beautiful hiking trails (we used Komoot). Highly recommended as far as we are concerned!

Since the arrival of the new manager Laetitia who replaces Florian, the welcome has improved- Pros: - good value for money - simple access to rooms by card pass - ample parking when the hotel is full. -breakfast offered very correct in self service. - hangers and storage shelves and suitcase holder. -shower large enough and sufficient number of towel - quiet parking room. - hair dryer available as well as kettle and tea -Free WiFi available after a short form Areas for improvement: -no tooth glasses - bedding a little too soft - no mains outlet at the bedsides -no USB socket - sound insulation of passages in corridors. eco-responsibility is not the number one priority of customers although it has become an obligation, "in tune with the times" the main criteria of customers are more oriented towards prices, hospitality, comfort, situation and access!
