Hotel Lutetia

Great hotel the experience is top we will come back, the whole team was super nice and attentive, listening, the breakfast is very good

I knew walking into the room that I had made a terrible mistake. The wifi never worked (I tried several devices), even after they claimed they had fixed it. The thermostat was there for decoration I assume, and the "desk" was a joke. Every surface was dirty and in poor condition. The worst of all the bathroom. I don't mind small, if functional, but this wasn't (literally, and in terms of design). The pictures I have attached show that the surfaces were in poor repair, or outright gross. Their photographer must have been a magician.

Very close to the railway station and 5 minutes walk from the port. In nice old building. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, beds very comfortable but the room was dreadful. Dirty hand prints on the wall, loud noise of running water all night long kept waking me up, bathroom was disgusting, , toilet dirty and the sink did not appear to have been cleaned and crumbs on the carpet, could not wait to leave the following morning, thankful was only for one night!
