Hotel to flee, misleading and deceptive Google photos. I came to this hotel with my mom for business reasons, charmed by the 3-star standing and relatively accessible price for 2 nights (200€ for 2 people with breakfast). Suffice to say that the disillusionment was instant: poorly maintained hotel, very unpleasant smell, seedy room, dirty and broken. When you choose the “2 single beds” formula you land in the neglected part of the hotel. But you still pay a 3 star standing... Breakfast is 11.90€/person to have an empty buffet, bad, tasteless and with a flagrant lack of hygiene: no tongs to serve bread (everyone touches all the pieces with hands including the manager of the buffet). I'll put you some pictures to illustrate my words (what you'll see on the VS site what you'll REALLY get). I have made a claim to the customer service in order to have a full or at least partial refund. In parallel, the receptionist changed our room BUT WITHOUT TELLING US that we were upgraded! Result? B&B doesn't want to refund me. Ineligible and I will not hesitate to contact UFC-Que Choisir as well as the travel mediator to collect my money.

The Welcoming team is at the top. The room matches the picture. Ms Tassa was smiling and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.
