Mercure Marseille Centre

Excellent location. Breakfast is a bit expensive but it is worth it, truly excellent with a chef and a huge selection. It is good to have private parking given the location in the center of Marseille near the port and Le Panier. The rooms are not exceptional for a star rating and also lack a bit of cleanliness. Rooms have an excellent view of Marseille and Notre-Dame de la Garde

There is no air conditioning in the rooms as advertised on the websites! It is a ventilation system that does not prevent it from being hot! At the price of the night, Cake finds this unacceptable.

It is shameful to sell a room for 250 euros a night while making misleading advertisements: namely, that it is stated on the websites that there is air conditioning, which is false! It is a ventilation system! This has nothing to do with it. It is 30 degrees outside and should be 25 degrees in the room. The room should be available at 1 PM, but we received it at 2:15 PM under the pretext that the hotel was fully booked the night before. I do not recommend it at all!
