4-night stay for a seminar!!! French identity document that disappears from the room!!! I had to go to the police station to file a complaint!!!😡 Staff who couldn't care less about the situation!!!!😡 The housekeeper who assures you that nothing has ever happened at their place even though there are other reviews about missing personal items!!! Just thank you to Anna and Maelys!!! I do not recommend this place at all

A 4-night stay for a seminar… Fortunately, Anna, Maëlys, and the young woman from breakfast (sorry, I forgot her name) were present to raise the level of service a bit. For the rest, it is very disappointing: A bar without draft beer (which made the manager laugh a lot…) I did not try the rosé or the red: they might have been served in plastic cups. A large screen at the bar for match broadcasts… but without sound (you probably have to pay for that option). The credit card terminal that works "when it feels like it" (a Marseille specialty apparently). The bar's restrooms: an exceptional smell of urine (even the Marignane airport does better). A housekeeper who dared to question the disappearance of a colleague's ID. We were promised an upgrade in case of a return… but I must be dreaming, seriously. In short, you will have understood: to be avoided. 1 star and it is rated too highly!

A business hotel that is completely impersonal and devoid of charm. However, it is clean, comfortable, but our room located near the terrace and the pool, on the first floor, lacked sound insulation to mitigate the noise from a rather loud group on the terrace in the middle of the night. The most bothersome aspect is the lack of guidelines to encourage people to shower and rinse their feet before swimming. Questionable hygiene at the pool!
