Radisson Blu Vieux Port

Superb suite with great views of Vieux Port in Marseille - request 512 for outdoor patio. Delayed from 3 to 5 pm as room not ready on arrival, no management acknowledgement. Good artwork in room and in bar/restaurant with helpful staff. A/c drops temperature by 3 degrees max, which is great for the planet but useless for guests. Secure as keypass needed for lifts, with only trivial waits. WiFi keeps dropping connection to internet which made it so useless I gave up and used mobile data, though this is meant to be a benefit of ‘Radisson Rewards’. The hotel is a great location from which to experience Marseille.

Everything was beyond our expectations: the hotel's location with a beautiful view of the old port, a hearty and complete breakfast, staff taking great care to satisfy us, a spacious and very well-insulated room, and finally a pool open until 10 p.m. that really helped us endure the high heat.

Everything was perfect, the welcome, the room, the bed, the scent and the calm that reigns from the entrance. The pool is really a plus with the heat. The ideal location for all walks in Marseille and the surrounding area. A perfect week of vacation thank you
