Gounod Hotel

Despite its quirky appearance, we found the hotel charming, interesting and wonderfully pleasing. All staff were extremely welcoming, pleasant, polite and helpful. Our room was full of eccentricities, but regardless of that it had personality and warmth. It was clean, comfortable and full of “joie de vivre”! We stayed 5 nights, and enjoyed our visit. The hotel swimming pool was very welcoming after a day out exploring the local sights and attractions that Provence has in abundance. Breakfast was good and with lots of choice. Well done to the Hotel Gounod team!

A hotel with lots of personality and charm in the perfect location. Somewhat quirky in style which adds to the lovely, relaxed hotel ambience. Wonderful small garden and swimming pool area in which to wind down after a long travel journey or active day. Staff were also most helpful and spoke excellent English which was a nice bonus.

Family-run hotel in a great location, beautiful Provençal decor, garden, pool, air conditioning, warm service, very good value for money. It’s a gem, we come here every year
