Hotel Le Petit Mas des Barres

The hotel rooms are very beautiful, perfectly integrated with the natural environment that surrounds them. The pool is very comfortable and allows you to spend quiet and relaxing moments. Dragonflies, swallows, and cats keep you company during the day, as do the horses, obviously Camargue horses, grazing in the large enclosures next to the hotel. Excellent breakfast, with many homemade things (cakes - the lemon and orange ones are amazing -, compotes, and yogurt), quality sweet and savory products, and a wide choice of hot and cold drinks. Kind, smiling staff, available for advice and conversation (even if you don't know French). Prices in line with those in the area.

A true haven of peace; we stayed there for three nights, the staff is pleasant, and the rooms are clean. A slight disappointment with the breakfast due to scrambled eggs being an extra charge; however, the products are fresh. We went on a horseback ride that was great; the instructors took the time to tell us the names of each bird we encountered and explained the history of the places we passed by. The horses are very well treated; they have a paddock with direct access to water to cool off in the summer heat.

A nice corner of paradise, the room is of very good quality, the staff is very nice and very welcoming, a real haven of peace in the Camargue. The staff is also very attentive to us.
