Online check-in is very convenient and allows you to arrive even late in the evening. Clean room, comfortable beds and working air conditioning (it is not a given). Breakfast was disappointing, however; the room was too small to accommodate all the guests and the very rude staff scolded some of those present for trying to use ceramic cups for cappuccino. After intervening to remove the cups from the tray, she only allowed the use of paper cups. Some had to wait to have breakfast due to a lack of seating. Therefore, the low rating is mostly due to the rudeness of the staff.
