Disappointing in its organization; instead of the superior studio requested, we got one without, and after insisting to satisfy our request, we finally got a studio with a balcony in a pitiful state (peeling paint, dirty raw concrete floor). Very dirty light switches, dilapidated shower, and blackened edges, etc... The breakfast room is too small with 12 tables for 2 to accommodate this large five-story establishment. Very disappointed by this dilapidation and lack of maintenance.

The photos are not contractual, the apartment is not cocooning at all. Several problems during my stay: * No room key in the mailbox when I arrive, * Already someone in the assigned housing * More than an hour to find a solution and I can finally take possession of a room. * Mouldy bathroom * Rusty radiator * End of life mattress * Unpleasant smell * Breakfast without more

Convenient to move and to go downtown by public transport. Staff helpful and kind. The only drawback is the cleanliness. On six days we stayed never clean nor room and not even the common corridors. We had to ask for a towel change. Small bathroom, the water did not drain well. A little sad.
