Good: Room very clean. Receptionists extremely friendly and very helpful! Bad: - Most serious, and potentially dangerous, issue is the shower. I slipped a couple of times and nearly fell. A better shower curtain (or door) and/or bigger and thicker floor mats is needed to absorb all the water which at the moment it is impossible to stop spilling out. - With no windows to open it was very hot in the room, and I couldn’t leave the door open at night for fear of animals coming in. I saw a medium sized black and white dog roaming freely in the garden, as well as a cat - which I would not want coming into my room. in this heat, air conditioning would be ideal, but if that’s not possible, perhaps some sort of wire mesh grille so the door can be opened and animals prevented from getting in. No one wants any animals able to come in - whether dogs, cats, rats, birds or snakes. - Animals should not be allowed to roam freely in the garden. No guest wants a dog (or cat) leaving a mess outside their door (or in their room!). - The kitchenette needs to be better equipped. I had to ask for food bowls, and teaspoons. There should be at least be a cafetiere (and perhaps a teapot). It needs either a washng up bowl and/or a plug for the sink. Without these, people can’t wash up properly and will waste precious water.

Property that appears Spartan and anonymous. We had some initial issues: pay attention to the arrival time especially on the weekend because the reception closes in the afternoon and the emergency number indicated on the signs answered from an office in Paris, but it put us on hold. Luckily our Italian tour operator gave us some tips over the phone. We managed to retrieve the apartment keys only because two girls happened to open a small safe where the envelopes with the keys for arriving guests were located (a safe for which we did not have the code). Aside from these issues, the apartment turned out to be quite large and comfortable. Kitchen wall unit that we did not use, however. Shower with bathtub, uncomfortable to get into but equipped with a window. Breakfast area small but well-stocked. The property has protected parking inside walls that separate it from the street and an access barrier. With a walk you can reach the historic center and a minimarket

A sports event led us to this apartment hotel to find a night of rest after the trip. Access is facilitated thanks to codes and a safe for access cards outside of reception hours. Secure parking at the foot of the residence. The apartment, a one-bedroom, was spacious enough for four, impeccably clean, with the essentials for doing a bit of cooking. Two televisions. It was impeccable. I recommend.
