This a lovely place to stay. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable. The decor is period appropriate and you feel like you have traveled back in time. Bathrooms are spacious with large tub and a nice shower. The owner and staff are so nice… approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast on site is typically European layout with a good variety including fresh-squeezed orange juice and eggs to order. The location is great for visiting various sites at Normandy.

What a beautiful surprise the Manoir de Mathan was, where we started our vacation by chance and where we finished it. How good it feels to be in something beautiful and good! A very warm welcome, a breakfast with good products, real eggs, real orange juice and staff who are very attentive and always ready to help. Hard to leave this exceptional place. A vacation spot all on its own. Enjoy the park for a little stroll or a lounge chair to read a good book and let time slip away outside of time. We are keeping this address preciously.
