Excellent location in Honfleur centre easy walk to shops & harbour. Pleasant room in annexe with bath and adequate facilities. Perfect breakfast. Exceptionally friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is rather comfortable with the charm of the old. However, I had to cut my stay short after three days (planned for 7 days) when I noticed the theft of a bracelet left in the room, placed on a table. The housekeeping person stole it this Friday knowing that she was not working on the weekend. The management identified her perfectly, very embarrassed to resolve the problem. Upon her return, this person will swear up and down that "no, never in her life would she do that!" and she will keep her job. "It's delicate....you understand...." the management told me. The attitude of this management therefore proved to be pathetic and I gave notice of my departure the very next day, not without having notified this person in writing of the disgust that her theft inspired in me. Notice to future guests: Do not leave objects that you value in sight in your room, theft really exists in this hotel. New but very bad experience for me. I will never set foot there again.

I had a wonderful massage at La Plage spa during my visit to Honfleur. The whole experience was calm, welcoming and extremely relaxing. My therapist was warm, professional and very attentive, taking time to make sure the pressure was right and that I felt completely comfortable throughout. The massage itself was excellent—one of the best I’ve had—and I left feeling genuinely relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend La Plage to anyone visiting Honfleur who wants to take a little time out for themselves. A lovely experience from beginning to end.
