Good location, good room, clean bathroom. Courteous staff. Breakfast deficient, in the square there are more convenient options. Towel restocking not always for all room participants. Nothing exceptional but all in all a good compromise.

My parents were offered this stay at Heart. They have a special affection for Lisieux and its cathedral. Place of pilgrimage. They always dream of going there again. This city center hotel met all comfort criteria. However, what was the distress of my parents back home when they noticed that the sum of 290 euros was stolen from my mother's purse properly inserted into one of the inner pockets of the bag, and this, by the cleaning staff. Holy place, stealing from elderly and tourists, abusing the trust of customers is unacceptable. And wanting to defend yourself against it because of the reputation of the place is not allowed

Very dark and scary place, 6th floor no elevator, smaller room than Harry Potters closet... wrong code for the keylock, tried to contact the neighbours, but they refused to even open their doors for a stranger. No bed just a bedsofa, I couldn't walk stright in the 4m2 room as the ceiling was too low at the loft. Stay away!
