It is indeed at this hotel that the manager feels entitled to be disrespectful. And the management validates this and takes the liberty of judging its clientele. I will not go there anymore. Sincerely

Establishment best avoided. Management shows a dismaying lack of seriousness and respect: broken promises, constant changes in what they say, and last-minute cancellations without any consideration. The lack of professionalism, organization, and ethics is blatant. When an establishment operates with such casualness and so little respect for its word behind the scenes, it says a lot about how the hotel is run overall. Avoid at all costs.

We booked a family room for 4. It was air-conditioned, so very appreciated in the high heat. The manager's welcome was top-notch with good advice Spacious bathroom. Clean room Downside: a single bed was actually a cot and not a real bed with a mattress and box spring.
