Minimal studio to the point that you only take one towel and throw away the trash. I reported the pigeons being fed in the morning by the neighbor in the next room, which prevented me from opening the window, but nothing could be done... Old bathroom and mold on the shower tray. I would make two or three investments in the furniture and bathroom fixtures. Everything in plastic. The bed was practically folded in two, I slept very poorly. On the other hand, the breakfast is varied but of very poor quality, especially the cold cuts and hard-boiled eggs.

We rented a so-called family room with two children (6 and 8 years old); their room, which isn't really one, looks more like a closet! Impossible to get past the bed and open the door because the bunk bed is in the way... As for the cleaning, let's not even talk about it! Stained sheets, fur and hair, leftover food... I was given another pair of sheets that I had to change myself. Very noisy between the hospital and the train station nearby...

Appart'City well located for exploring the city on foot, parking at a reasonable rate. Quality of the accommodation below what we are used to at Appart'City. Dated accommodation, poorly equipped in terms of outlets, comfort.... pleasant kitchen area with nice storage. No cover on the sofa bed, not enough towel hooks in the bathroom (2 in a duplex for 4 people) Pleasant terrace in the duplexes. Major downside: the noise! Proximity to a construction site during the day and lots of noise from neighbors and outside in the evening and at night; we thought the windows were open but no... a major area for improvement in our opinion. Welcoming and smiling reception team, which is very much appreciated. We will gladly return if a renovation is carried out.
