I could not sleep in this hotel because upon my arrival I noticed the presence of cockroaches. We immediately call the concierge by phone who asks us to address this the next morning with the hotel owner because she does not want to disturb him at 10:45 PM. I still ask her to contact him so that he can get back to us as soon as possible to offer us a solution. Within 15 minutes, she calls me back and offers to let me stay in another hotel downtown, which I accept. Nevertheless, two of my colleagues occupying other rooms will not be able to be relocated to another hotel that night. The next morning, a phone call with the owner confirms the presence of cockroaches for several months in the hotel. In case he had not admitted it, we had taken photos and videos.

Perfect location right in the city center of Caen. The bedding was impeccable—we slept very well. The view over the port is pretty nice. There wasn’t much outside noise, nor from neighboring rooms. The large bathtub is great for relaxing. Cleanliness (sheets, floors) was flawless. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom divided in two. Toilet in one room and bathroom with shower in another. Pretty run-down room. Lise sheets with two holes. Anything's fine, but the sheets are limp and torn. That's not good. Friendly staff but not enough. Maybe we were unlucky looking at the other reviews.
