Small room, but clean and functional. Very small shower. No air conditioning, only a fan. It was hot. Very well located near the train station. During the Francofolies: you can hear the main show from the room. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

I stayed here for three nights on a mid week break in April. The hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and a short stroll to the port and city centre. The airport bus drop off/pick up is also close by. Reception was quick and easy, I found it odd to be asked if I wanted the room cleaned daily though, I assumed if you didn’t you’d just hang the sign from the door or perhaps there’s an extra charge if you do choose a daily clean? The room itself was small with a small en-suite but as I was travelling on my own this wasn’t an issue. The bed was comfortable and the sleep quality was good. The WiFi was also fine. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that but I did have a couple of drinks at the bar and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my trip to La Rochelle and I’d recommend this hotel for your stay.

As part of a YOGA RIDES & FUN STAY with @lesyogisdelo @yogavolonte, I spent a pleasant 4 nights at this hotel. The room for three people was spacious and clean, with a very nice terrace to relax. The shower wall was being repaired but it was a lesser evil. Breakfast was varied (pastries, bread, fruit, homemade cake, cold cuts and cheese). The staff was welcoming and available at all times since the reception is open 24 hours, a real plus. I recommend and will definitely return.
