Un Hotel en Ville

I loved this lovely small boutique-ish hotel. Cecile, the owner, is very nice & friendly and very helpful and kind. The location is amazing, perfect for walking everywhere but still quiet. I even easily navigated using some buses with Cecile's help. The outdoor patio was wonderful to get sun or read under the stars. The room and property were very clean. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in La Rochelle and very satisfied with this hotel, ideally located very close to the old port and the restaurants. Perfect services: warm and smiling welcome, exemplary cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms. Really, we will come back with pleasure with my son.

We loved our stay at this very charming small hotel. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent and we received a very warm welcome. Easy to find after using the airport bus into town for 1.5 euro! Our ground floor room no 3 was spacious, beautifully decorated in a very modern style , fantastic air conditioning and an excellent very very comfortable superking bed. It was immaculately clean and compliments to the owner and housekeeper for their excellent standards. Great shower and bath. Lovely toiletries thank you. Complimentary tea and coffee was available in the breakfast room at any time which I really appreciated. The location is fabulous, very quiet area but only one road back from the lively and vibrant port area with many restaurants. Short walk to a beach too. Only 11 rooms so the hotel has a tranquil homely feel and the exceptional warmth of the host made this short stay one to remember, I was sad to leave and would love to return. It says it’s 2 star, but I found it way superior to some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in . Thank you very much.
