Avoid this hotel at all costs. We received terrible service. We were first placed on the wrong shuttle at the airport even though we showed our shuttle and hotel reservation to the responsible person. We were sent to the wrong hotel since there are two hotels with the same name. Once we arrived on site, we were told that it was our problem and we did not receive any support. We had to take a taxi at our own expense to get to the other hotel. The first hotel told us to claim this amount from the second hotel, which was refused upon our arrival. Thus, we lost the taxi fare and the price of the shuttle. No customer service was offered. Only a basic response that they could not help us and that it was our fault, even though we specified that we had shown the reservation! The clerk at this hotel did not speak French or only spoke a few words; we had to speak to him in English (even though we are in France). We were not informed that the building where we were placed did not have an elevator. We had to carry our full suitcases by hand up the stairs. Once in the room, the shower drain was not working, causing water to overflow onto the floor. Some lights did not turn on, and the air conditioning barely worked. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty.

Very comfortable bed, despite being close to the airport CDG No has noise providing a good sleep. Very good breakfast!! Only one important detail is away from the metro, passes the bus in front. There's a staff member at the reception who speaks Portuguese.

This hotel is posting on their site shuttle from and to airport but they have them only from 06,00am to 09,00am and 06,00pm to 09,00pm . I f you arrived between that you,ll have to take a cab 30 euros
