Not a hotel, just a dirty, smelly hostel like building. Don't waste your money! No point in complaining as staff just nod in agreement. Some items taken from from room durjng my stay including cosmetics.

The worst hotel ever in Europe. The bed was dirty and on the floor, the shower was disgusting and not even soap. The room was incredibly noisy and the service I booked with Booking.com and their service was. also non existent. The breakfast was only a precooked croissant and coffee Use IBIS in future as you get what you paid for and a clean room and breakfast This is the lowest class hotel not premier class I wont use booking.com Photos on line are false

Poor reception staff . Front desk empty called by cleaner in restaurant eventually . Only to provide no help and refused to give names, asked to call back at 2pm again no help . Had helped other guest checkin 3 people who arrived after. I had booked top grade room willing to take any room as this was only a short stop over . No help .Travelling with children will never use hotel group again
