This hotel residence offers very beautiful, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Good restaurant as well and attentive staff.

Location was good for staying at CDG for an early next day flight. Hotel is easily accessed by CDG VAL (free train) from any terminal. This includes a very short well marked walk. Room was comfortable but we had difficulty managing the AC temp and the fan speed. Breakfast was much better than expected and was complementary (maybe based on Bonvoy status). We chose to eat dinner at an adjacent hotel (walking distance) after viewing menu options at both hotels. There is a shuttle the hotel operates that charges 8 Euros per person directly to Terminal 2 and UBER charges about 16 Euros for trip BUT CDG Val shuttle is free and easy to use. It is a Residence INN but I suspect most people just stay here for one night but there is a kitchenette, We appreciated the space to organize our luggage after traveling for a few weeks to prepare for the trip home.

The night person/concierge (worked the night shift) whom I've been told was named Mohammad, provided the most unprofessional and rude service/experience I've ever had with any hotel stay. Marriott has really lowered the bar with staff like this representing their hotels. Asking for some water and questions about the water fountain, I was pretty much ignored and they purposely jumped into another conversation while giving me a "wait" finger mid-question, as I asked him to just point me to the fountain. Him, refusing and avoiding eye contact while picking up on another conversation. Later on, I asked for some toothpaste after he left the front desk empty for ~10 minutes and he pointed at me yelling "YOU, WAIT!- SHE WILL BE SERVICED FIRST" referring to the guest behind me in line. The person behind me insists that I was there in line first, but Mohammad keeps yelling and pointing saying "YOU WAIT, YOU HAVE ROOM". I've never experienced such an unprofessional front desk clerk in hotel stays like this before and it's such a shame that a decent hotel has such crappy trained employees as the face of the hotel upon entrance.
