Hotel Les Grenettes

We had a Motorhome and our pitch was too small with dirty sand . We had to take our bikes off to get the M/H in . Very unhelpful staff at reception, did not know where to get water or the chemical toilet location. Two people in M/ H had to be dragged out by a tractor . They both left early . Sanitary facilities too small for number of pitches and also used by staff members creating waiting, Restaurant OK , pool unheated and cold . This was not 5 star camping on any level . Very disappointing

We're leaving Sandaya Club tomorrow. We were pleasantly surprised by the club which is family and rather nice. The pool is really nice. The entertainment is summary but sufficient for our family. The beach is a pebble beach but nature with rocks, perfect to avoid tourists and crowds... Our bungalow had air conditioning, indispensable during this heatwave which kept us cool at night. Only catch, the wifi is random. The rest is fine.

The opening of the grocery store, which is supposed to be at 8:00 a.m. and never happens on time, is a clear lack of respect for customers. The teams are understaffed, which means that punctuality, organisation, friendliness and communication are affected. The cleaning in the bungalow leaves something to be desired (in the hotel also from what we heard). The animation teams are inexperienced and come to spend a cool holiday rather than anything else... Otherwise the campsite itself is quite well arranged and maintained. Note: if you like meat and go to the campsite restaurant, ask for a notch that is less cooked than you would have liked. Otherwise the menu is quite small but there is enough to find his happiness and the products are good. Let’s say that for a 5 star campsite, we expect much better...it must be admitted
