Facility without air conditioning: we stayed in the room for 50 minutes and the temperature was above 40°. When we went down to ask for information, we were told it was due to the "heat wave"... That said, we decided to leave without receiving any refund (not even for the breakfast the next day that we had prepaid). The castle where we stayed the following evening had informed us that the rooms were not air-conditioned, so we changed accommodations: with a bit of honesty, they could have done the same thing.

Small stop halfway back from the mountain.. the room was freezing (we should turn on the heating before the arrival of guests). The decor is nice but when you enter the room you come face to face on a kitchenette... And right now it's a lot less classy. The bed is too firm what a pity we wanted to sleep well, we had just made 6 hours drive. At breakfast the receptionist has not stopped talking to us when we are not in the morning. In short castle than the name, because when we talk about castle we expect a very classy service with staff at the height. This is a passing hotel.
