YES! I reserved two rooms (one for myself, one for my 82-year old mother) knowing that the reservation could not be canceled. We were to drive down from the Netherlands to attend a wedding and made the reservations 3 weeks before said wedding. Then, CODE RED warnings due to a weather forecast of 42 degrees Celcius (108 F). My mother could not go, would be irresponsible. Tried everything and appealed in the friendliest of manners, but to no avail. Stubborn, harsh, unfriendly feedback. Both booking.com and the hotel kept passing the ball/buck back-and-forth with no sympathy or understanding. Again, i know i couldnt cancel the reservation, yet expected some leeway/understanding a week before the dates in combination with the extreme heat and the code red warning. None. We - of course - wound up not going, yet they charged me the FULL amount. I cant say much about the rooms, wifi, parking, food, as we didnt go, hence the 1star rating. Based on friendliness and understanding alone, i would give zero stars!

Go ahead and close your eyes. Great experience. Perfect welcome, nickel rooms, quiet, tranquility. The restaurant on top, we had a great evening and a night halfway through our holiday was perfect. Great staff, welcoming, with little care.... And something that is rare nowadays but there are still very honest people and it is nice, we forgot jewelry in the room, we were phoned and we pick them up a week after the return, congratulations for this beautiful gesture and honesty, it proves the quality of the establishment. We had a crush on this establishment, this beautiful village very complete and very reassuring in every way. The 4 Normans

When we were to leave in vision, we did About ten days Reservation by email for a room for the night of September 18 to 19 and Reservation at the restaurant. for dinner and breakfast.We took a lunch break last year at this establishment during the TOUR DE FRANCE and had been delighted (see our comment of July 2023).But there at Check-out time and still unanswered we were forced to go to a competitor we do not know at the risk of being greatly disappointed.
