Received by an unpleasant receptionist, who gave us our key specifying by 3 times that breakfast was served between 6:30 and 9am. We wanted to dine on site, impossible because the restaurant was full, we would have had to call to reserve (not specified on the Campanile website when booking). When we went out for dinner at 7:45 p.m., we noticed that the restaurant was empty, returning at 9 p.m. still empty. The guests had to have dinner at 7:00. This being the room was correct but cold (no radiator, just a reversible air conditioning not effective), being specified that the hotel had been recently renovated!
Fortunately, the morning receptionists were friendly and very smiling, which is a bit above average. The breakfast was very good. For the failure the night before on the restaurant, we were given a plausible explanation...
We won't go back.

Customer of the first hour of the chain CAMPANILE during my trips across FRANCE , I returned to this establishment for one night.
What a disappointment!!! The Award remains in a low average range ( EUR 50.55 ) but it is already too much to find an aging room within an obsolete chain.
We were assigned a PMR room when we did not have this status...We were told that this choice was made by the computer as bookings arrived, but that we were lucky to have one of the two rooms in the establishment with walk-in shower!
Of course, we could have asked for a change but our late arrival did not leave us this possibility!
The mattress has flying hours and its comfort was affected!
Breakfast is Award (11.90 Euros ) for tasteless pastries and products under cellophane .The fresh fruit salad had only the name because a slightly pungent flavor accompanied it...
The LOUVRE Group and its rooms bear a predestined name to join the museum of aging hotels, like the restaurant chain Courte Paille which has also known a succession of financiers ...
The Chinese Owner Jin Jiang of the Kyriad and Campanile hotel chains will invest 280 million euros in France (End of 2023 information ) will this be enough to pick up a chain that has lived too much on its achievements? I doubt it because if like all customers we no longer travel with you , this is the end assured!!!!
As far as I'm concerned, neither Campanile, nor Kyriad!

We were allocated a disabled room on the ground floor. (No 3) This is not our case, but, being of a certain age, we appreciated not having to take our luggage upstairs. On the other hand, the walk-in shower was not very practical (water everywhere after the shower) and the taps on the sink were difficult to use. Above all, BE CAREFUL! There was a light switch not far from the shower room door before going out. Thinking of turning off the light, we instead turned on the radiator, something not to do when it's 36° outside! Nothing to do. You had to wait 7 minutes for the heating to turn off on its own. Apparently we weren't the first to fall for it! Perhaps a small notice next to the switch could avoid this kind of inconvenience, as we observed in the Campanile hotel in Clermont Ferrand.
We were a little disappointed with the evening meal. Fries and tiramisu without taste (frozen?) And the air conditioning did not cool the room. Perhaps the open doors had something to do with it?! On the other hand, excellent breakfast with a large choice of products.
The morning we left, our car wouldn't start. Thanks to the team member who came to offer us help and drinks while waiting for the convenience store.
