Palm Beach Hotel

Promising restaurant but lacks a bit of warmth on the restaurant side; the beach bar side is a bit nicer. The dishes are not bad but nothing special. The octopus is good. The whole thing was not too bad, but plastic found on the tarte tatin ultimately left me with a thawed taste that is not acceptable at this price. Too bad

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The first room was pleasant, but the air conditioning leaked during the night, creating a significant puddle on the floor. We reported the issue to the front desk, and the staff was responsive in changing our room the next day, which we appreciated. However, we had to spend one night without air conditioning, which is unfortunate, especially considering the price of the room. Regarding breakfast, we were disappointed. The price is high compared to the options offered, which we found quite limited. In summary, the staff managed the encountered problem well, but the value for money could be improved, particularly regarding the facilities and breakfast.
