A Charming First Welcoming by an Elderly Lady in February 2025. Good stay in all points that made me return today, Oct. 25. Big disappointment from the finish. A young man arrived, looking sullen, without even looking at me to make the admission. Every contact with him was a disappointment due to his unwelcoming behaviour and twisted innuendos in his answers. The climax came when, on the return of the last dog walk I wanted before the receptionist left to avoid the closed door, he called me out and accused me of having wanted to hide the dog from him. In his own words he is a salaried employee, I really believe there is a serious recruitment problem. I don't know if this young man was ever trained in customer relations. On the other hand, the room was not as clean as in February, dusty furniture. I’m waiting to see what breakfast will be like... Too bad for this nice little hotel, I hope there will be a return to the same Welcoming level I enjoyed during my 1st stay.

Welcoming is smiling and pleasant. The room is a little cramped the bed not very big, although for two, for but the bedding is quality. Breakfast is good quality, Price quality ratio. Well located in relation to the city center, easily accessible by car. A good hotel for one stage. Cons: The size of the bed as well as the size of the shower The unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
