Aparthotel Adagio Access Dijon R

I had booked a room for one night, because I was just passing through Dijon. My main criterion was to have an air-conditioned room, given the high heat. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. Worse still, the temperature in the room was higher than outside. I immediately reported the problem to the front desk. The only response I received was that they could do nothing for me, because the hotel was full. I then asked if it was possible to lend me a fan. The response was just as disappointing: I was told that there might be one, but that even if they found it, they could not lend it to me. Result: I spent a horrible night, without being able to sleep properly. Instead of being rested to continue my trip, I ended up even more tired. It was my first experience with this hotel chain, and it will also be my last. I am very disappointed by the lack of a proposed solution and by the total lack of consideration for guest comfort.

Very nice discovery! We stayed as a family at the Adagio Dijon Centre and we really appreciated the concept. The apartment hotel is very well thought out, functional, and perfectly suited for families. You enjoy the comfort of a real little apartment, which is really appreciable when traveling with children. The establishment is clean, pleasant, and ideally located. The only small point that disappointed us a little concerns the breakfast. We arrived around 9:45 AM, while service ended at 10:30 AM, and there were already no more scrambled eggs. It’s a shame, because until the end of service, one expects all products to still be available. Apart from this detail, everything was perfect. We will return with pleasure and recommend this establishment to families without hesitation!

Super nice room. It was a lovely location, close to the city and yet accommodate quiet area. We were happy to be here! The parking cellar was full on arrival, but there were nice and safe parking spaces on the road at a reasonable price.
