Campanile Dijon Congres Clemen

Quiet hotel with excellent bedding and well located facing a tram stop. Stayed 2 nights, room not cleaned in between. Complete breakfast Meal served at the table was very good. However, we were a group of 40 people and there were organizational problems. Plate served lukewarm as a result. Big problem closing our door. We had to slam it very hard on the advice of the front desk.

Very bad experience! Upon arrival the reception is at the top of the line as well as the cleaning women who leave my room putting a lot of air freshener and I understood when I came home in the evening why, given the foul smells. My card did not work very well, like those of many travelers, in the elevator. I was invited to take the stairs for breakfast that was to my liking. I spent a night of horror with a light that flashed all night right outside my window (stroboscopic effect assured). The person at the front desk in the morning (with his piercing in his nose), turned the situation around making me responsible for the situation because I was not responsive enough! It lacks some light in the room and bars for towels in the bathroom. When I wanted to take a shower impossible to have hot water!!!

On the evening of our second night we were amazed to see the room in the state where we had left it in the morning and as we arrived late... On the second room we booked the access card did not work even after reprogramming, it was the receptionist who was obliged to move with his STAFF card. On the other hand this chamber was made on the second day.
