Horrible, very dirty hotel, and the icing on the cake, Beethoven does not hand out towels.

On the last weekend of May, I came to this establishment with my children in the afternoon. The receptionist was very patient and smiling despite the crowd. She took the time to show us where our room was and to answer our questions with great kindness. However, a small downside regarding the room: I was not completely satisfied. Some aspects could be improved to provide better comfort for the guests. It's a shame, as the welcome and service met our expectations.

My husband had booked this hotel. Due to a traffic jam on the road, we arrived late on June 1st. The hostess was very kind, patient, and welcoming. We appreciated our stay and will return without hesitation.
