Extremely well-located hotel for going to the Zénith de Dijon, just a few minutes away on foot! Clean, spacious room. Sauna, steam room, and pool for the summer!

What a disappointment! I am a Platinum member of IHG but was not greeted as such - once we found the place as the confirmation does not provide a full address. It is in a large industrial complex on the edge of Dijon and the only signs for the hotel are within sight of it - not very helpful. Had to telephone the front desk to get the full address and then again on arrival as the button for the barrier was not working . Very small reception desk so a wait even for members now; only two small lifts rated for 8 people but that would very intimate and with luggage only 2 or 3. Have to pay for the room in advance with no possibility of charging extras to the room. So at the bar we had to wait to pay as the one card payment machine had gone walkabout. The restaurant (which I have reviewed separately) is dreadful quality and full of children, mostly well behaved but very noisy. Several were playing with the automatic doors just next to me while we were ate There are better options in the shopping mall next door. All the staff we chatted to were fed up with constant complaints from customers and this appears to relate to new management recently in place - possibly due to excessive cost cutting rather than incompetence. I was paying for the stay as a long weekend away for a birthday present for my partner - I think she was less impressed than me. About the worst stay I have experienced in a Holiday Inn

To be avoided. The restaurant staff is rude: I filled out the ticket as requested, and they ran after me to pay as if I were a thief. Shameful.
