Park & Suites Confort Dijon

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, breakfast was good for the 8 euro price, however everything else was very, very low-end. Due to a date error, I ended up paying 200 euros for one night with breakfast for a ruined T3 apartment without air conditioning, dirty and unsanitary. I absolutely do not recommend it. Smell of stale tobacco in the room. I could have taken many more photos...

Clean and spacious apartment Friendly and professional staff And reasonable prices

I booked an accommodation at appart'city dijon based on my good experiences in other appart'city hotels in France, but our stay was horrible. When we came in we found a cockroache on the wall. We reported it to the reception and asked for a different room but he said the hotel is fully booked and he can not do anything about it, and probably the insect came from outside. We went out for a bite and we came back at 11:00 pm to find the room infested with running cockroaches (on the dining table, walls and floor). My husband even killed one that was crawling on him in the sofa-bed. We tried finding anothe accommodation at night but Dijon hotels were fully booked or there was no reception after midnight. My husband had to sleep in the car, while I stayed up all night to keep an eye on my sleeping children in the room. This is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene and health hazard. Appart'city supposed to a reputable hotel and this is a violation regardless of the hotel's category. I spoke to reception the next morning and they tried to deny the problem. They also said they can't issue a refund! I will never stay at an Appart'city ever again! @Appart'city Classic Dijon Ahuy
