Hotel that we have been visiting for many years (formerly Kyriad), pleasant welcome, clean room with a very nice courtesy tray (this is not always the case elsewhere), well-located hotel in the commercial area of Quétigny with many restaurants; an interesting stop when coming back from the south to return to the north.

Thank you for this very warm welcome. Motorcycle trip and beautiful stop. Very quiet neighborhood, clean just like the hotel. Simple breakfast but everything is available until the end of the service.

If it had been possible to put 0/20 I would have done it! Cons: All dirty rooms, very rundown bathrooms (photos) No sound insulation (constant noise) Unfounded accusations of noise at night Wake up at 7am by other guests But most importantly: Extremely aggressive and insulting manager Misplaced remarks towards managers (“you don’t know how to handle”, “you are bad”) My son was insulted and told to “get out” Filling the lack of professionalism: offer to refund breakfast only so that we leave faster. Conclusion: unacceptable experience at all levels. Don't.
