Ibis Lannion Centre

From the outside, the hotel is superb, it makes you want to go in. The welcome is warm, a very nice young team! Hearty breakfast as usual at Ibis, nothing to complain about! However, we were really, really very disappointed with the room 😣 It seemed "old," faded, the bathroom did not seem clean. A good refresh would not be a luxury! We regularly go to Ibis hotels and this is the first time we have been this disappointed!

Terrible experience. Arriving at the hotel, they assigned us the room: old room, stained carpet, small shower with a curtain around it that sticks to you, broken furniture. But the worst part comes around 11:00 PM when the pub that is under the rooms starts with the DJ blasting his bass at full volume. Impossible to sleep until late at night. S c a n d a l o u s.

Hotel located in the center of Lannion, a stone's throw from restaurants Quiet hotel Parking a stone's throw away with electric charging stations Welcoming staff Decent breakfast offering The condition of the rooms needs attention (worn carpet, hallway needs redoing, room layout needs rethinking). It's a shame this point diminishes the service of this hotel.
