Mercure Perros Guirec

I booked an apartment which, as it turned out, was not located in the Best Western hotel building itself but in a separate residence adjacent to the hotel. This residence is not managed by the hotel. The apartment was nicely decorated, recently renovated, and featured a pleasant terrace. I also appreciated the generous supply of complimentary coffee and tea provided in the room. However, the building in which the apartment is situated is somewhat run down and poorly maintained. If I return to Perros‑Guirec, I will definitely choose to stay in the hotel’s main building, which was modern, clean, and far better maintained. Breakfast was excellent, offering high‑quality products, including regional pastries such as the famous "phare breton". I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the lady at the reception and her colleague who accompanied us to the other building to show us where the apartment was located.

We had an exceptional time at this spa in Brittany. The place is beautiful, calm, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The massages are of very high quality, performed with great professionalism and expertise. A true moment of relaxation and well-being. We also greatly appreciated the facilities: the aromatherapy room, the jacuzzi, and all the other services offered that make the experience even more enjoyable. Everything is in place to enjoy a timeless interlude in a stunning setting. We recommend this establishment without hesitation and will return with great pleasure!

Positive: The apartment was spacious, and the underground parking was convenient. Proximity to the beach at the end of the street and a Carrefour market on-site. Helpful staff Negative: We discovered with dismay that the hotel rooms and apartments overlooked a massive construction site (see my photos). Ultimately, Booking removed my photos showing the construction view from the windows... not very appealing!!! The dust, the shouting, the noise from the crane, etc... impossible to open the windows (and no air conditioning to ventilate a bit). The apartments are not located in the same building, hence the need to go out into the street with your luggage to get there. The parking is poorly arranged and very narrow for large cars. The dishes had some food residues, the bathroom glasses still had toothpaste, and the kitchen did not have a toaster... unacceptable in an apartment! The apartment environment deserves renovation and compliance with standards: the hallways should be lit with switches, so one often finds themselves in the dark with groceries or luggage (and there are stairs!) The elevators and hallways are old and smell of dampness and mold.
