Very disappointed! Having misspelled our last name, the lady who welcomed us stood her ground by saying that we hadn't booked because no confirmation was received by email (so there was also an error in the email address). After 20 minutes, my partner showed his phone to prove what we were saying. She checked someone else in for a reservation in the meantime to go "faster." She found us with the phone number on the wrong date. She wanted to check in a new reservation before us again, who kindly refused. She gave us a room anyway that was far from the one reserved. My partner went to park his car in the reserved parking lot, 10 minutes of waiting because she had left to show a room. We went to the "spa," no esthetician, so no massage. The pool was freezing, the steam room was aging plastic and not turned on, and when we went back to check, they insisted it was! She came over anyway and finally turned it on, saying, "Oh yes, indeed, it couldn't have been working...." We left the spa and caught her complaining about us to her colleague. We go to the jacuzzi! And then, the joke: it's outside with a view mainly of the parking lots🤣🤣. At the restaurant, a casual welcome, the daily special was given to us before we were even seated, mussels overcooked and cold, desserts served right away, not even time to breathe! The bottle of sparkling water served was already open and only 3/4 of it remained, the butter was soft because it was surely taken out at the beginning of the shift. During the meal, we could clearly hear them talking: "This start of the season is sluggish!" Breakfast, the lady who welcomed us was very kind. However, cleaning was not done; we put a towel on a buoy to check in the evening and it was still there, crumbs from the table next to us (they dropped as much on the floor as they put in their mouths the night before) were not cleaned up. The room was clean but very small. The plumbing was very noisy during the shower. In the hallways, a broom left lying around, a knife left on the furniture...... In short, a disaster! The person who handled our checkout was very kind and attentive. He even comped our breakfasts. The star is for him and for the location.

Hotel with a view of the access to the dock instead of the sea, with tourists passing by your door all day long. "Has been" room without ventilation, only one window facing a public parking lot, outdated equipment (turned off fridge, obsolete hair dryer). We do not understand the 4-star rating
