We have been coming for several years; the welcome, the services, and the care are top-notch, the staff is very kind, but we were disappointed by the breakfast. We no longer find our Bordier yogurts in different flavors (they were a delight). I ordered a coffee and two hot chocolates, and I was told that I had to get them from the machine, so I had to go several times to get one, which is not great. However, on the last day, I saw that we could request a filter coffee (the person should have told me that). At the restaurant, we reserved for 8:15 PM for three, and at the time of ordering, we were informed that due to the menu, there was only one appetizer and two desserts left, which is a bit limited for a four-star hotel. Moreover, the higher-priced package only includes breakfast, but not lunch or dinner; the price is an additional €39. It's a shame; we always took pleasure in coming here. We will return because we enjoy it here, but not every year like before.

Having not stayed at the hotel, just for a treatment, I am giving this review solely based on the treatment. Very disappointed because I chose a massage treatment with an osteopath for 50 minutes, and the osteopath only talked and I was massaged for about 10 minutes. More of a spa session than an osteopath treatment. I have back pain and I hoped to come out a little relieved and relaxed. It did the exact opposite for me. So disappointed that I left right after my appointment. And then too busy to report it at the reception. In conclusion, the SPA brochure should be revised regarding the description and not state 50 minutes of massage with an osteopath, especially for €115.

Very pleasant rooms, but for a 4-star resort hotel, there is no possibility of having bottles of water in the room unless paying 6 euros for the tray. Restaurant quality inferior to what we have experienced previously (very poorly cooked langoustines, no spider crab on the seafood platter, tasteless braised beef... grandiose names on the menu that do not reflect the quality) Hearty breakfast with a variety of choices
