Hotel under construction: no Wi-Fi, no parking. I had to park on the street. Very warm welcome and very comfortable room; now, the room has just been redone. There are TV channels for foreigners (BBC, etc.). Well located 5 minutes from the bridge and 10 minutes from the center on foot. Breakfast is very decent with local products.

Hotel under renovation: part of the rooms are redone (very good bedding), as well as the reception and breakfast room. It is located near the train station and the bridge of Valentré, 10 minutes walk from the old town. The welcome is perfect, the two young women we had to deal with were very nice and available. Breakfast, buffet style, is varied and favors local products (source displayed). As the hotel is under construction, parking is not accessible, but street parking spaces are available. We recommend this hotel.
