Campanile - Montelimar Les Tourettes

Upon our arrival it was very hot and we were informed that the air conditioning was broken. because of this the lady kindly offered us free breakfast for the next morning or a discount on the evening meal to compensate. We were tired and we opted for breakfast. As soon as we arrived in the room there was a very ingrained cigarette smell and there we had to air everything out and clean the shower, toilet and sink with bleach and other products that we had in the car, even the toilet paper dispenser was wobbly. Let's not talk about the stained mattress camouflaged by sheets. In hindsight we regret staying. We even saw other guests sleeping all night with their room door wide open. It is unacceptable to offer this type of hotel, frankly we have crossed off Première Classe hotel for our future stays, we prefer to pay more but have something decent and above all very clean. The price was attractive but we understand why. We would give a rating of 0 out of 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to this hotel.

We arrived at the reception, the first words from the reception were that the air conditioning was broken, even though we had previously exchanged emails, we had two rooms, upon opening them it was a scene of desolation, very dirty, stained sheets, etc. We returned the keys and rented at the hotel located across the street, the refund request led to nothing. Staff not friendly at all. Hotel to avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! 1st room offered: not made up - 2nd room: no light and bathroom light flickering!! - we arrive at the 3rd room offered: door opening card not activated!! manager unpleasant and insulting following these 3 room changes - cleanliness more than questionable, I strongly advise against it
