A disappointing experience related to questionable business practices: be sure to check out at exactly 12:00 PM, otherwise you will see €25 deducted from your deposit for late departure. It seems expensive for half an hour, although we know that rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM; this is the first time we have seen so little tolerance in a hotel establishment. The 4-star rating is also clearly overrated: aging furniture and cleaning that leaves much to be desired.

Horrible stay in an establishment that disrespects its clients. The hotel does not have air conditioning despite its misleading communication on its website. The deception continues at the reception: 32 degrees in your room? It’s your fault, sir, you must have left the window open!!! But after staying for 10 minutes next to the reception, you can see the parade of disillusioned clients who cannot stand the heat in their rooms… an employee will eventually admit that it’s just a fan… Dirty room, damaged furniture, faulty lighting, disastrous TV reception with several channels not working... and what can be said about the breakfast? Everything is of the lowest price, more or less well presented, and yet charged at €20!!! The icing on the cake: no smiles available at the reception, but at this point, it’s a detail. RUN AWAY!!!

The staff were very welcoming, the studio itself was spacious and very nice. Everything was really clean, impeccable, nothing to say. As for the spa, it’s really appreciable. The sauna is top the pool is superb and the hot tub so nice! The breakfast was really excellent with a wide variety of delicious products. I really recommend this hotel, for the price, we are treated like kings. Excellent value for money and even more!
