MERCURE PARIS ORLY AEROPORT

Passing through before a flight to Orly, we chose this MERCURE. The hotel is clean and renovated, the room is sufficiently large with a bathtub (not very practical as water gets everywhere when showering). We had a room on the garden level (ground level), and the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Our neighbors were extremely noisy at 4 AM!!!! The full breakfast is very expensive for what it is. While the people at the reception are friendly, the servers in the restaurant are not smiling at all! Barely friendly! The breakfast does not represent the breakfasts at other MERCURE hotels: it is almost nonexistent! Suitable for one night but too expensive considering the price of parking and breakfast.

Hotel near Orly Airport, free shuttle (4 minutes away). Very nice common areas, clean room, and modern furnishings. The catering service is also very useful. Recommended if you need to sleep near the airport.

I only tried the restaurant of this establishment. I really liked the atmosphere and the modern, minimalist decor. However, one should not expect high-quality dining. On average, it is 26 euros (starter + main course or main course + dessert) or 33 euros for the starter + main course + dessert in the buffet... it is far too industrial, and the quality remains average. The dessert buffet does have a decent selection, but everything is purely industrial, which is really a shame. The prices offered remain quite high for what it is. The pleasure turned into disappointment. Accor hotels should make efforts in terms of quality because their only concern is to raise prices while maintaining poor and industrial quality.
