A frequent guest of the Accor group for many years, I came for a long private weekend; a very pleasant hotel surrounded by greenery, modern decor, great pool, and exceptional service, especially from Rodrigo and Baptistin, whom I thank for their service.

Delighted to have shared these two days with a friend, but unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. Upon our arrival, a towel was missing in the room. It was not very clean, or even dirty in places. The terrace was dilapidated and the outdoor table was in a deplorable state, with the paint completely peeling. The housekeeping also leaves something to be desired: after the room service visit, the used glasses had been removed, but no clean glasses had been put back. At the restaurant, several disappointments: one of the dishes on the menu was already unavailable even though the dining room was far from full. We also waited for our glasses of wine, which were finally served to us at the end of the meal. The staff, without being unpleasant, did not show themselves to be particularly warm. We even had a cracked glass on the table. The pool could also use a refresh: the floor covering was peeling off in several places. The only real positive point remains the breakfast, which was varied. In the end, the overall services do not correspond to the level expected of a 4-star hotel. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant.
