Comfort Hotel Chartres

We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist Jean. He kindly sorted us a ground floor room. Sorted us with a drink at the bar while we waited for the room to be ready. He is a credit to the Hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy and we had a lovely early breakfast where it was peaceful and quiet. great choice of breakfast Air con was much appreciated.

While passing through for a week of vacation in Cotentin, we stopped at this hotel. The welcome was warm, and the assigned room was ready upon our arrival. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, and cleanliness—everything was perfect. As a result, we immediately booked for our return. Thank you to the various teams for the welcome and dedication to our requests.

This room looked exactly as illustrated. There was very good storage and good aircon which was invaluable during the heatwave whilst we were staying. The shower was good as were the towels plus the bed was comfortable with good bedding. Breakfast, which was included with our room booking, was surprisingly good with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and a good selection of breads, meat, cheese and boiled eggs. There was fresh leaf teas in addition to the coffee machine and several juices. Reception and check in was great and nothing was too much trouble. The number 6 bus leaves from just around the corner into town and a large ALDI is close by for any self-catering requirements. Only downsides were no smart tv or ability to watch tv in any language other than French.
