I have come several times for a very short stay. The prices found on the internet are not always honored; it depends on the "receptionist's mood." This gentleman is often crabby, in a bad mood, and does not hesitate to yell at you! He even criticizes his boss, the owner, who is almost never there! He would do well to be present and put his shop back in order. In conclusion, I used to come about every 2 months, but following the very poor reception last time, I will never set foot there again! That is how you lose a customer....

Aging hotel; the window in the room did not open, with heat at 35 degrees and no air conditioning. Breakfast is expensive for the quality.

False information given! We stayed here as a stop over between our destination in france and calais. Our ferry was delayed and i had emailed the hotel from the email booking.com probided when we booked the stay saying we were going to need late check in just in case they were expecting us. However, On website it stated the check in was open from 12:00- 23:00, when we got there at 22:30 the reception was shut and closed up, there was a notice on the door with a number to call. When we called the number the man was very rude on the phone and hung up on us multiple times, before finally a man came out of the hotel (who was on the phone) and was very angry, the man did not speak a word of English which is fine in france, I understand we are in france however this hotel was advertised as English speaking, the gentlemen then proceeded to eye roll and scoff at us as we are checking in and getting the card. Once we were in the room, the room was standard what you get for cheap hotel, the shower could have been a lot cleaner. Breakfast was good well worth the extra €20 you got a lot of food for the money, however my notes for my stay was not listened to, as I had made a note to say I am coeliac and need gluten free and when I asked about this at breakfast time the same man just looked at me and said no.
