Helios Hotel

The room was spacious & clean and the breakfast was great. Good value for the money. I would say that the lobby was in need of a refresh (the carpet was quite old), but overall I was pleased. Good location as well as close to all the attractions (shops, beach, Les Franciscaines museum, restaurants, etc.).

Hotel very well located in a quiet area while being right in the center. Room with a balcony in a quiet area, very pleasant. The interior soundproofing is appreciable; you hear nothing from the other rooms. Good breakfasts with a large outdoor terrace and always plenty of room. Fresh filtered water available at the bar. But the issue is the reception! We were always the first to say hello, otherwise nothing. Very unfriendly staff who make you feel like you are bothering them for information, with the exception of one young man, very pleasant and agreeable, who unfortunately was rarely around. At the end of our 12-night stay, they didn't even ask us if everything went well!! Aside from this point, which is nevertheless essential to customer relations, the hotel is very good.

They offer 140 beds as “double” and “queen” , when u ask the staff who are extremely rude and ready to jump at you and maybe kick u out of the hotel , they simply say 140 is the standard in France as if it is like some unique measures there , when u show them that on booking it mentions 150 to 180 they say booking can say anything ….
