Ibis Villers Plage

Very well-located hotel as it is on the beach in Villers-sur-mer. A garage is offered at the price of 10€ per night. The welcome was pleasant and professional. The room is comfortable, well soundproofed, and clean. The bedding needs to be reviewed because the bed is quite soft (at the front desk, when we checked out, I pointed it out and I was told it would be changed in the winter, so 26/27). The bathroom was decent, but a renovation of the shower would be welcome. The downside is the breakfast… it is minimalist and of low quality for our taste. There are, for example, no yogurts, you only find 2 types of bread, on the second day, the end of a dried-out cake from the day before was offered, no hot food except for eggs that could be soft-boiled… and finally, the breakfast trays must be cleared by yourself and placed on a large cart. Light dining is offered in the evening; we did not try it because 50 meters from the hotel is an excellent restaurant, La Digue de Villers (see restaurant section).

Fairly simple apartment, good for three nights. Needs a little renovation on the floor. Breakfast with what is needed. The price remains quite high.

Very pleasant hotel that we have been visiting for several years. Located facing the sea, the ground floor has been tastefully renovated. The reception staff is top-notch, very friendly and smiling. The common areas are clean as well as the rooms. Bravo!
