Odalys Residence Les Dunettes

Pool not heated for three weeks unacceptable because not informed even though the problem existed before my arrival

We unfortunately had the feeling of arriving after other guests without any inspection having been done beforehand! ... kitchen, bathroom, floor... disgusting (see photos). And when we decide to go to the residence's pool... freezing water! We learn from other guests that it hasn't been heating for 1 month... that they are waiting for 1 part to perform repairs! The front desk didn't even warn us upon our arrival. A maintenance employee still comes to put a product in the toilets... but seems discouraged! Overall, the staff is nice but a lack of care is present! The sinks found dirty were changed in May!!!! This rental is rated 4 stars!!!! It is urgent to: Either lower the level and therefore the cost of the rental.... Or do the necessary work justifying the claimed financial rating which is very steep in view of the services

But the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. An opportunity to disconnect by force? Watch your belongings at the pool... Sometimes they disappear.
