Best Hotel Rouen Est / Val De Reuil

On September 6th my partner and I had booked a room at the brit hotel in the val de reuil and we arrived before 14:00. My girlfriend was sick that day. I had called to say that we would arrive around 1:45 p.m. We arrived at 1:15. The Welcoming lady was not happy because she told us she was waiting for us for 2:00 p.m. from cold air. On September 13th a room was rebooked in the same hotel. She told us not to come like last time until 2:00. So we came around 3:15. We were received by another very kind person from the hotel. She was told that her colleague asked us not to come before 2:00. The lady replied that we had every right to come before 2:00 pm. We were surprised and disappointed with what her colleague had told us on September 06th. Especially since my wife was ill, we had come a long way and we had to apologize for coming before 2:00 pm.

If this hotel is in a quiet area, the beds are comfortable, but it is worthy of only ** stars. Only one shower linen per person the same for 4 days! even no small linen. Cardboard cup as tooth glass and rooms, as well as shower cabins would need a refreshment. As for the evening meals served in buffet , medium, however a nice dessert buffet and the breakfasts correct.

Basic furnishing , smelly carpet in the corridor leading to the rooms, difficult to open the door with a magnetic card, poor wifi but the room is clean and spacious. Small space for the buffet breakfast without products for celiacs and lactose intolerant. Poor value for money.
