Kastel

Room not air-conditioned, no fridge in the room, exorbitant price for the service. The only plus, very friendly staff

Warm welcome Restaurant and cuisine of fresh and quality products. The Kastel table

A CRUSHING ENTRY Weekend as a solo mom, financed with a lot of effort, in order to relax the context is therefore important. So I arrive in this hotel after a hard week of work, turn right to access the parking and there I hear a big noise I look where I got in and I see a huge stone and a pothole not very far also huge... I will park I look at the bumper nothing, but on the other hand the undercarriage is stoned but nothing more, I still specify it to Anne when I arrive at the reception who says ah good without more I think I must still be in shock .. On the hotel side: nice setting, nice view, more than correct welcome the restaurant also is super nice and excellent breakfast I actually met the baker this morning who delivered the chocolate breads and croissants so people who say it is not fresh.... The next day I had treatments at the thalasso you have to know that the thalasso a few meters away belongs to the same owner as the hotel it was a little confused in the description of the hotel but anyway I will return the keys and there it is no longer Anne, but a brown lady, she asks me if everything is okay I say yes apart from the incident on my car yesterday when arriving she asks me to explain I explain and there she says "ahh this stone" with a not very surprised air... And write down my remark in a little notebook... So the least of the courtesies is to mean it or do something for your entrance.... Because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had this problem... I just have to blame the hotel for the entrance because otherwise you have an excellent decor of the staff really very friendly and benevolent excellent product quality, a very excellent mattress... Unfortunately, I would put this note in large part because of the rock and pothole that really damn damaged my car the least I could do was call me the boss Mr. Cosqueric because I don't think I'm the only one who happened to it.
